Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using the myLangSwitcher application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, design, graphics, and code, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your requirements or expectations.
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any errors in the App will be corrected.
- The App will be compatible with future versions of macOS.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
6. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with macOS system services (such as Input Source APIs and Input Monitoring). Your use of such services is governed by Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party services.
7. Updates
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be delivered through the Mac App Store. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
8. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
